Wake-on-LAN guides for PacketWake

Wake-on-LAN only works when the target device and network allow the magic packet to reach a sleeping adapter. These guides keep setup, profile management, and troubleshooting practical and checkable.

Setup guide Configure BIOS or UEFI, adapter settings, target fields, broadcast, port, retries, and SecureOn. Troubleshooting Diagnose failed wake attempts, VLANs, VPNs, guest networks, wrong MAC addresses, and sleep-state limits. Import / Export Back up, move, and review profiles with versioned JSON and import preflight checks. PacketWake does not scan your network or promise live online/offline status. It sends the wake packet you request and records the local attempt.
